Serving all Long Island, Morell Landscape Associates is a true design/build firm. From the initial design of any size project, navigating through the permit process of the individual towns and villages, we will guide you step by step from concept to completion. Also, we will represent you at all Architectural Review Board meetings.

We are a complete site development company that will work directly with your builder and architect to insure that your project comes in finished on time and within your budget.

One key to our success is Single Source Responsibility. One project, one company, all components. All our work is done in house. No subcontractors! Only swimming pools, irrigation, and lighting are done by our recommended subs.

From the initial land clearing, excavating, grading and drainage components through the complete installation of all of all hardscape, landscape, gardens, and water features, we can manage all aspects of your project. As a Morell Landscape Associates client you will not meet any salesman or project managers. You will deal directly with the owner on all aspects of design and installation. This eliminates a lot of wasted time as decisions can be made accurately and quickly without having to go through a three or four tiered chain of command.
